The Urban Meadow is a volunteer-run community garden in Brooklyn’s Columbia Street Waterfront district. The garden is part of NYC Parks’ GreenThumb initiative.

The Urban Meadow was founded in 2003 by a group of dedicated community members who transformed this empty, trash-strewn lot into a thriving garden that has become a beloved neighborhood space.
